“Made in Germany” meets know-how from the Middle Kingdom: with the cooperation recently sealed between Dr. Brandt GmbH and the Chinese technology leader TCK.W Wire Rope Inspection Technology Co., Ltd., our company is opening another chapter in international cooperation. The combination of our expertise in the area of non-destructive rope testing with the TCK.W technology of “light magnetic sensors” opens up new opportunities and markets for both companies.

In October 2018, the cooperation between Dr. Brandt GmbH and the company TCK.W Wire Rope Inspection Technology Co., Ltd. was officially sealed. The representatives of both companies met at the Chinese location Luoyang: (f.l.t.r.) Bailin Duo (Chairman of the Board), Michael Trunkhardt (Managing Director of Dr. Brandt GmbH) and Joseph Ho (VP International Sales).

Based on the cooperation, Dr. Brand GmbH will be able to offer a unique product portfolio in German-speaking countries in the field of mining, cranes, off-shore and cable cars: from manual testing devices to complex testing equipment for bridge tension cables, cable cars or similar, and continuous monitoring solutions for offshore and mining winches. Through the cooperation, TCK.W gains an important representative office in Germany – as a starting point for establishing itself on the local market. In addition, our cooperation partner benefits from our in-house design and production capacities, which make it possible for TCK.W to design and implement customer-specific solutions for mining and offshore in the German-speaking area. After all, local customers do not want to have to wait for service staff to come all the way from China when systems need to be checked, serviced or repaired. The cooperation also makes communication with customers from Europe considerably simpler for our cooperation partner.
